Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Charlotte County, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
About Us:
We are a well-established, physician-owned pediatric practice that has proudly served the Charlotte County community for over 26 years. Our team currently includes two physicians, three full-time nurse practitioners, and one PRN nurse practitioner. We are a high-volume, fast-paced office dedicated to providing excellent, compassionate care to our patients and families.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with pediatric experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a busy clinical environment and is passionate about pediatric care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits and sick visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
Qualifications:
- Active Florida NP or PA license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible
